Thimerosal is still used as a preservative in some vaccines. It is made of two main parts:
Therefore, if vaccines contain even a trace of thimerosal, they destroy your innate immune system.
Repeated exposure to thimerosal-containing vaccines compromises the immune system.
Annual flu shots are the main culprit, but DTaP (diptheria, tetanus, and pertussis) also contain thimerosal.(1)
Thimerosal's destruction of the immune system is achieved by depleting intra-cellular glutathione (the body's master antioxidant) and by inducing oxidative stress on the mitochondrial pathway of cells.
The EPA’s acceptable dose for mercury is 0.1 microgram per kilogram of body weight, per day. Tests conducted via ICP-MS document mercury in GlaxoSmithKline's Flulaval vaccine at a shocking 51 parts per million, or over 25,000 times higher than the maximum contaminant level of inorganic mercury in drinking water set by the EPA.(3) This means that a 10 pound baby is exposed to 55 times the safe upper limit for mercury exposure after a DTaP or flu shot. The smaller the blood volume and body weight, the higher the concentration of mercury.
The worse part is that the ethylmercury is directed straight into the blood, automatically bypassing the systems of the body that were intended to filter out toxins, such as the gastrointestinal system. Another issue is that babies and young children already have underdeveloped immune systems. Depleting their glutathione and destroying their T-cell response puts them at greater risk of contracting disease and dying from it.
